THE REASONS was originally penned in 72 hours at the 2008 Muskoka Novel Marathon. It went on to win the 2008 BEST ADULT NOVEL AWARD, as chosen by a panel of industry judges (Please note that it won the ADULT award…though I normally write Young Adult fiction, I occasionally write a story with adult themes. Don’t mistaken this one for Young Adult.).
After a year of heavy editing, THE REASONS was picked up and published by MUSA Publishing. This is when it won its second award! It received Musa’s in-house EDITOR’S TOP PICK AWARD.
Sadly, Musa has closed its doors. Both Sebastian’s Poet and The Reasons were published by this publisher. They are both still available on Amazon, with new covers. For the next four days, you can pick up THE REASONS for FREE!
