Kevin is a 5-time winner of the Muskoka Novel Marathon’s BEST NOVEL AWARD. Kevin is also a playwright, and has had twelve plays staged. Their short stories appear in several anthologies and journals. Kevin has also had poetry published in multiple media. Kevin’s memoir writing has appeared in the Globe & Mail and they have also recorded memoir for CBC Radio Canada. They live in Toronto, Ontario.
Kevin was a founding member on the board of directors for the Ontario Writers Conference. They have also served on various positions on the board of directors for the Writers Community of Durham Region (WCDR), and is a longtime member of the organization. They are also a member of CANSCAIP (Canadian Society of Children’s Authors, Illustrators and Performers).
Kevin has appeared on various industry panels and has also facilitated workshops and Blue Pencil Editing Sessions at writing conferences. Kevin’s other passions include their significant other, their children, their grandchildren, and the Camino de Santiago. Don’t even get them started on their love of 80s punk and new wave music.
